Homeless System Coordination

In addition to providing direct services to persons experiencing homelessness, we serve as the backbone organization for the local homelessness coalition. In this role, we coordinate all homeless providers in the Lynchburg area, manage and track data related to homelessness, provide project management, system capacity building, and advocacy. We provide opportunity for collaboration and information sharing for the homeless community and service providers. This work creates an improved homeless response system that more effectively provides services, support, and housing to our neighbors experiencing homelessness in the Lynchburg community.
